Potential Tours

Martha and I are always one or two or even more steps ahead of ourselves when it comes to thinking about future travel. We have more potential tours in mind than we’ll ever be able to get to, but that doesn’t keep us from dreaming.  If you have feedback on these potential tours or want us to custom design a tour for your group you should Contact Us

Click on each Potential Tour listed below for more details –

These are tours that we’d love to plan and lead, but we need an interested group to get us from dreaming to reality. If you have a group of 15 or more people that would enjoy the chance to travel together on one of these tours – or on a tour of your own design and focus – with the experienced and fun leadership of the M&M’s, just contact us. We’re ready to design your tour.

  1. Hi. A girlfriend and I are looking to do a combination tour of quilting/historical sites of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales in March or June or Sept of 2017. We can allow a total of a month and are willing to do this in separate segments. If in separate segments, perhaps other quilters from various corners of the world, would be interested. Thank you.

    • Hello Lorraine,
We will be leading a tour, Quilts & Treasures of England in the summer of 2017 (dates: July 30 – Aug. 13). This tour will include three days at the Birmingham International Quilt Show, Festival of Quilts. Some of our returning travelers are from Canada and one from Australia and others from the US, NW and Midwest. There are now 21 registered; tour max is 25.
I will mail you a couple brochures which explain the itinerary and include the registration form. Please email me (preferred email address is mliska@comcast.net) you street address.
This tour is land-only so you could add on a trip in the UK either before or after as you wish.

    • Lorraine,
I have left a reply on the blog site. I will mail you a brochure for our 2017 Quilts and Treasures of England Tour. Please email to me your street address. My preferred email address is mliska@comcast.net. Regards, Martha
